About 

I am passionate about working with people who want to empower themselves and live life to the fullest. I want to see how people gain confidence and have the sellf-belief that they are able to be strong, happy and fulfilled in their personal and/ or professional lives. 

Why I Coach 

I coach to make a difference. The world is a different place from two years ago and so many of us have had to navigate new pathways and often alone. I coach so that others know that they are not alone. I coach so that others know that they can change. I coach so that others know that they can be happy. 

Why Me?

Over my 30 year professional career, internationally and locally, and I have worked alongside middle and senior leaders, eduactors and young people to support them in a range of areas. I am empathetic and listen well, gently guiding assisting my coachees to achieve success. I love to see my coachees being successful and moving forward. I also work for Laamiga Women's Charity and have recently joined Georgia's Voice because I want to give back to the community and help others. 

My Coaching Style

As a trained coach and mentor, I adhere to the EMCC's Code of Practice to ensure that you will be coached in a safe space, with confidentiality respected and knowing that you will complete your sessions with me feeling fulfilled. I am relaxed and will meet you where you feel comfortable i.e., outside, the coffee shop, the beach or at The Blue Lotus Therapy rooms in Redruth. I can help you whether it's face-to-face or online. 

Working with Me 

You will always be invited for a free first session to discuss why you want coaching and how we can achieve your goals and dreams toegther. I offer a minimum of 6 sessions which you have control over: you can either shorten that or have more sessions. I have a package that will be suitable for you so please give me a call to discuss further.
